Christmas Isn't Over

Around Christmas time, we all become a little more giving, and a little more willing to purchase a little something for ourselves as well. (Understand that Christmas is about the birth of Jesus Christ, the gift that God gave to all of us) Well, I believe the season of giving should last all year. We don't have to wait another 365 days to get that special someone a gift, or donate more goods to a local charity, or get those little gifts for yourself. If you work hard all year, you deserve it throughout the year. So I thought I'd share a few little goodies that I plan on treating myself to this year, and why....

1) JBL LSR2325 Monitors

I'd like these for my personal songwriting studio. I'm a little bit of a music equipment junkie, and I'm constantly reading about new microphones, studio monitors, etc. Things that make creating music that much more enjoyable.

2) Armitron Men's Swarovski Ion-Plated Dress Watch

I've owned only three watches is my life, and each one has either been lost or broken. But I'm getting tired of going in my pocket for my cell phone just to check the time. I think it's time for another watch.

3. MyTouch 4G Black

I've had the MyTouch 3G for about a year and a half, but the original was sent back to TMobile because my speaker stopped working. TMobile replaced it with a re-conditioned MyTouch (read: Refurbished), and I've been waiting to see what next phone I was going to buy. Don't get me wrong, the MyTouch is a great phone, but the one they sent me is too slow. I need lightening fast speed from my phone as I go throughout the day, and I think the MyTouch 4G is the answer for me.

4) AKG Quincy Jones Q701 Premium Class Reference Headphones

Okay, I've heard BeatsbyDre were some dope headphones, but who wouldn't want headphones from the Greatest Music Producer of All Time, Quincy Jones. This man is a legend with over 25 Grammy Awards. I will be making this purchase...definitely.

AND LASTLY....

5) XBOX 360 w/Kinect

My original XBOX 360 has stop has stopped playing my games and DVDs. I'll take it up to the local electronics store to see if they can fix it, but if they have to send it out, I'll just end up getting a new one. Especially after spending 45 minutes playing with Kinect in BestBuy a few weeks ago. I got a workout on that thing.

So do yourself a favor a make your own list of a few things you plan to get throughout the year. You deserve it.
