New Site - www.jaredjonesonline.com

It's Here!!! My first official website...my own! Not MySpace, Not Facebook...(though I have those too). www.jaredjonesonline.com is the one place where you can get everything...my music, my mailing list, my videos, and buttons to jump right to my social networking site. Just finished putting it together today...and it's powered by ReverbNation. This could not have come at a better time, as I released "Go Farther" today. It's available as a free download for those who sign up for my mailing list at...yes! www.jaredjonesonline.com. You also see the YouTube video for it, and the video of me explaining why I wrote the song. If you couldn't tell, I'm very excited about this, and even more exciting about the other new music I have for you in the next few weeks. Drop by now!

In Good Company

This morning, I've been on the phone networking a little bit, and then taking care of business with my producer, and manager, and then I had a chance to send some stuff out to contacts of mine. All within a few hours, so I'm already feeling productive. I was texting one of my favorite friends/artist/writers JennyVokals (www.myspace.com/jennyvokals), and it got me thinking how blessed I was to be involved with certain individuals. So I wanted to post a few links of people I'm working with, either writing with, producing for, or just proud to call close friends in the industry...

Talented music creators who won't stop until we create success!
(Sorry if I left anyone out, I was rushing a little, gotta head out soon.)

Have you ever had your heart broken?

Have you ever been in a relationship, and thought it would last forever?

Have you ever met your "true love", to find out they never really loved you back?

Have you been burned so much in relationships that no matter how good it gets, you are awaiting it's end?

Cheated On?

"You're Gonna Break My Heart" - Listen Now on the new ReverbNation music player next to this post. Especially for fans of Jason Mraz and Colbie Caillat.

You’re Gonna Break My Heart

Jared Jones (ASCAP), Ezemdi Chikwendu (BMI)

Verse 1

Sittin on my couch

And I just figured out

We won’t be here long

I see your pretty face

And I can’t complain

Cause you got it all

Pre-Chorus

I must have fooled myself

Or maybe very lucky

Cause I can call you baby

Even for a while

Just a matter of time

Before my hourglass runs dry

But it’s expected

Chorus

You’re gonna break my heart

O, you could make me smile

My one true reason why

Let’s enjoy each moment

You’re gonna break my heart

O, you could tell me twice

My truth’s in for surprise

Though you’d never lie

You’re gonna break my heart

Vamp

Yes you will

Gonna end up breakin my heart

Verse 2

What a thing to say

I hope you’re not mad

But I am prepared

Cause something so good

Just don’t seem to last

At least not for me

Pre-Chorus

Why is it that way?

I tried my best to change it

Think a little differently

I’ll put the blame on me

It may not be fair

But neither is it when you leave

When it’s unexpected

Chorus

Vamp (Breakdown)

Chorus (2X)

Fade out

End
